Sonia has always been passionated by the power of groups.

As a Social Psychologist and Systemic Coach, group dynamics are at the core of her expertise. 

 

Along the years working with private and public companies, start-ups and NGO's, coaching Management teams has transformed into working with any kind of group, such as project teams, innovation groups or change management collectives, to build up communities of values and practices.

 

Concretely it means answering the deep human need of belonging to an inclusive and diverse community and supporting the individuals and the collective with the tools needed to grow in the long run and take action within the organization.
