Taking part to this training will give you a theoretical understanding and practical tools for community design.
Audience : Group Facilitators, Team Coachs, HRs, Managers or anyone who is a trained practitioner in terms of group facilitation and tools (so they can include them into the community design structure, even though specific tools are also presented during the training).
